Update

Hi!

This week a new plane only developed for fpv flying joined the market.
It´s called the "Maja" produced by Borjet Aeromodels, a well-known German/Spain company.

Some technical features:
Wingspan: 160cm
Lenght: 120cm
Engine: 1 pusher

You can put a payload of more than 1,2kg in the plane.
The Maja is full foam made and has a cool design and a lot of space for video/photo equipment, though.

We are trying to get this plattform for review.

Maybe this will be a new popular fpv plane. As well, I like the uav-design Wink

What are your impressions about this aircraft?

Best regards
Heiko
Looks great, kind of like a C-130. Smile
It's not really a beauty, but form follows function and I think it's a good design for fpv or uav stuff

I think same. But the Price with about nearly 200€ is too much!!! For me this plane is nearly the same class then the Twinstar. OK theres a little more wingspan but at the Twinstar kit there are all parts and accessories you need.so I'm not willing to pay more than 70€ fore the kit.
Okay, for starters, great initiative, but some negative aspects I have to point out:

- Price : needs to be around 80-euro to be competitive
- EPP foam color : anything but white EPP will give visible glue joints (white stain) when glued with CA, black is certainly not recommended

Cheers,

Sander.
I have a design along the same lines as this - not quite the same but close!

I would also like to see this with removable landing gear!

I do like to foam build though!
Are you still planning on a review of this plane. It looks promising but I would like an unbiased overview before putting down the cash.

Mark
Hi Mark!

Welcome here! I talked with Mr. Bormann form Borjet about this plane. And yes, it is planned to make a cool review for this plane! I will talk to him next week again.

Here you can find a brandnew video from Borjet Maja:

I keep you updated!

Best regards
Heiko
Heiko, i'm very curious about that review.
The plane looks nicely, especially the big hatch and no prop in front of the plane is good.
But i guess it will be very loud with the prop so close to the stabs. And i'm also wondering how it's flight characteristics are with such a short fuselage...

cheers
Simon
When you talk to him, tell him thats far too expensive. Thats more than $300 US, when you add in shipping. I like the plane, but come on, lets be reasonable.
